Medical Informatics Program

The Master of Science program in medical informatics is offered jointly by Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and the University of Rochester (UR) School of Medicine and Dentistry. By combining the computing strength of RIT’s internationally-known College of Computing and Information Sciences (GCCIS) and the medical expertise of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, one of the best medical schools in the country, we offer an unparalleled MS degree. Students matriculate either at RIT or UR and graduate from the university they matriculated at but receive a common diploma bearing the seals of both universities.
